I’m Nitu Tomar, a Yoga and Wellness Coach, and my journey into wellness started with my own health struggles.
Throughout my life, I’ve dealt with typhoid, gas, constipation, headaches, migraines, and back pain. These issues followed me into adulthood, and I knew I needed to find a solution.
As a teenager, I was drawn to yoga, hoping it could help me feel better. The idea of a holistic approach to health really resonated with me, so I started practicing basic yoga.
Over time, I realized that yoga wasn’t just helping me physically—it was improving my mental and emotional well-being too.
That realization pushed me to dive deeper into the practice.
Even with my health challenges, I stayed committed to yoga, practicing regularly and focusing on poses, breathing exercises, and mindfulness. Eventually,
I noticed some major changes in my life—my immunity became stronger, my migraines and back pain started to ease, and I felt more balanced and energized every day.
As I saw these improvements, I also adopted other healthy habits like better nutrition and mindfulness, which boosted my overall health even more.
This journey of healing and empowerment made me truly believe in the power of yoga.
Now, I’m passionate about sharing what I’ve learned and helping others find better health and balance through yoga.
